I can tell you that I have had trouble with tech support from Dell. I have called several times and have been told once that because I have non-Dell approved adaptive software on my computer that there is nothing they can do. One other time I was asked to turn down the music in the background and when I told the guy that it was my screen reader that I use because I am blind he hung up on me. HTH.
