I have had the same issue with tech support a few times. Once when they heard my screen reader they told me that it wasn't approved and it voided my warranty and wouldn't give me any further support. But, at times I have also had a few good experiences. The Dell XPS series laptops seem to have conquered most, if not all, of the ventilation problems that plaqued some of the older Dell laptops.
