Hi Rick, I have went to this site here and copied this info as today I plan to purchase a external hard drive and just wanted to ask quickly a couple of things..
1. Does it matter what brand? *I use xp pro on HP machine 2. I had heard that just plugging this into a USB port that xp would automatically recognize the drive so nothing else was necessary to copy stored data to that device?
