Greeting, I am unable to read messages from OutlookExpress. After I opened any message in OutlookExpress, the down arrow and the up arrow keys are reading only one word at a time. This problem also has occurred in IE in the same way. I tried by maximizing window and refreshing the screen as well. Still I am unable to resolve the problem. Even I reinstalled Jaws again. However, no problem reading document in word. Thanks in advance. Tam.
