Greeting,

Yes, the problem started after I have uninstalled the JFW 6.0 and 6.2 from the
system.
Currently, I am using version 7.10.
So, in order to solve the problem, may I have reinstall first version 6.0
before 7.10?
Or, may I remove all jaws and do fresh installation?
Is it the 7.10 problem?
Thanks in advance.

| This happened to me when I had jaws 7.10 and installed version 8 of jaws
| also. When I worked with jaws 8 everything was ok, but when I used 7.10 I
| experienced the same thing as you. The only way to resolve this is to fully
| uninstall all versions of jaws including the shared components and install
| only the version that works well - either the old one or the newer. The
| easier thing is to use only the version that has no problems and keep the
| other version without uninstalling anything.
