Greeting, Yes, the problem started after I have uninstalled the JFW 6.0 and 6.2 from the system. Currently, I am using version 7.10. So, in order to solve the problem, may I have reinstall first version 6.0 before 7.10? Or, may I remove all jaws and do fresh installation? Is it the 7.10 problem? Thanks in advance. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Negoslav Sabev" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, June 04, 2008 4:16 AM Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] Jaws unable to read messages in OutlookExpress
| This happened to me when I had jaws 7.10 and installed version 8 of jaws | also. When I worked with jaws 8 everything was ok, but when I used 7.10 I | experienced the same thing as you. The only way to resolve this is to fully | uninstall all versions of jaws including the shared components and install | only the version that works well - either the old one or the newer. The | easier thing is to use only the version that has no problems and keep the | other version without uninstalling anything. | HTH | Negoslav | | ----- Original Message ----- | From: "Adaptive Technology International" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | To: <[email protected]> | Sent: Wednesday, June 04, 2008 7:21 AM | Subject: [Blind-Computing] Jaws unable to read messages in OutlookExpress | | | > Greeting, | > | > I | > am | > unable | > to | > read | > messages | > from | > OutlookExpress. | > After | > I | > opened | > any | > message | > in | > OutlookExpress, | > the | > down | > arrow | > and | > the | > up | > arrow | > keys | > are | > reading | > only | > one | > word | > at | > a | > time. | > This | > problem | > also | > has | > occurred | > in | > IE | > in | > the | > same | > way. | > I | > tried | > by | > maximizing | > window | > and | > refreshing | > the | > screen | > as | > well. | > Still | > I | > am | > unable | > to | > resolve | > the | > problem. | > Even | > I | > reinstalled | > Jaws | > again. | > However, | > no | > problem | > reading | > document | > in | > word. | > Thanks | > in | > advance. | > Tam. | > | > Visit the JAWS Users List home page at: | > http://www.jaws-users.com | > Visit the Blind Computing home page at: | > http://www.blind-computing.com | > Address for the list archives: | > http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ | > To post to this group, send email to | > [email protected] | > To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to | > [EMAIL PROTECTED] | > For help from Mailman with your account Put the word help in the subject | > or body of a blank message to: | > [EMAIL PROTECTED] | > Use the following form in order to contact the management team | > http://www.jaws-users.com/BlindComputing.php | > If you wish to join the JAWS Users List send a blank email to the | > following address: | > [EMAIL PROTECTED] | | | Visit the JAWS Users List home page at: | http://www.jaws-users.com | Visit the Blind Computing home page at: | http://www.blind-computing.com | Address for the list archives: | http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ | To post to this group, send email to | [email protected] | To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to | [EMAIL PROTECTED] | For help from Mailman with your account Put the word help in the subject | or body of a blank message to: | [EMAIL PROTECTED] | Use the following form in order to contact the management team | http://www.jaws-users.com/BlindComputing.php | If you wish to join the JAWS Users List send a blank email to the | following address: | [EMAIL PROTECTED] Visit the JAWS Users List home page at: http://www.jaws-users.com Visit the Blind Computing home page at: http://www.blind-computing.com Address for the list archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ To post to this group, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help from Mailman with your account Put the word help in the subject or body of a blank message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Use the following form in order to contact the management team http://www.jaws-users.com/BlindComputing.php If you wish to join the JAWS Users List send a blank email to the following address: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
