I'm not sure about jaws 6 and 6.2. I had problems with jaws 7.10 and when I 
installed 8 the problems started.
Good thing is not to install older version after new one.
I suggest uninstalling all jaws versions including shared components and 
install only 7.10 or 6.0  (6.2). I'm not sure is 7.10 the problem, though.
If you want to save time, you can use 7.10 for regular use and for reading 
in the web and e-mail you can change to 6.0 or 6.2 without uninstalling 
anything.
