Hi guys,
 
Ok so here is what happened. I went to my home page at Verizon.  First i
shut off my spam filter. I then sent myself an email. surprisingly it went
through. I then added my 3 email addresses on my network to my safe senders
list. I then went back and turned on my spam filter, and sent myself another
email. It was a success!
I then called Verizon and told them about the problem. I told them the last
time i was able to email inside of my network successfully. I was told that
the spam filter was updated late in that day, and it was most likely the
problem seeings that i didn't have this issue before this date. They then
told me that other people have been having the same issue with networks, and
they were working on a update that would fix this problem. 
 
Thank you to all that helped me on this issue. Problem resolved!
