Hi: I have a short cut key (ctrl+alt+W) for Word2000 and for about the last month: the short cut key works the first time after a boot-up. After the first time, it does not bring-up word and the cursor displays "jaws9" on the desk top, the cursor is frozen on this icon and can't be moved untill the desk top is refreshed. Now I have placed a "word" icon on the desk top and by clicking on this icon "word 2000" can be brought up. Now another strange thing when word comes up instead of beeing doc1 it may be in anything from doc2 to doc9 with data from various data files. Now I have performed the following: repaired "word2000" and "jaws9" with no results. I am using the following: Pentium4 with 1gb,XP-SP3, JAWS9 latest build, AVG8 (free), super antispyware4, CCleaner. Now the problem occured before CCleaner was installed, so I don't think it is a problem but I wonder if AVG8 or Super antispyware could have an effect?
