Patricia,
I believe that Control Page Down opens a new work sheet but with the same
parameters you have set for the first sheet. Whereas, using Control N,
opens a blank work sheet with no settings at all.
For example, if you have widened one of the columns in your original work
sheet,, Control Page Down wwill open a new work sheet but those parameters
will remain.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Excel 2003
I have a question on what's the difference if any while in Excel to make a
new sheet, old habits hard to change in keystrokes that is...
I have always pressed, control N while in an existing worksheet to create
a new one and, reading over the keystrokes, I found that pressing control
page down does the same thing.
So is there a reason for 2 such keystrokes or is it just a matter of
prefference?
I sure do love this Excel 2003 it does automatically what I had to select
to do in version 2000.
