My situation is as follows. I was told to try and redownload a file so I can uninstall a program that shows up in my Control Panel. I found the exact program on the internet and it still won't let me redownload it when I try to install it. What could this possibly mean? It seems as if the one that shows up in my Control Panel is preventing it.
