The program is E-Backup. The one showing in my Control Pad is version 1.42. I can't download that particular version off the internet. Only the one on the Blind-Computing web site which is an older version. I tried to install that version and it wouldn't let me.

If the program starts with windows, you can disable it using msconfig and try again. What is this program. Just curious.
