Hi,

I'm not sure what program to use. There are dvd burning programs on the
program page but I haven't tried any yet. Is there any certain one that
works with jaws the best way?

Which program are you planning to use to back up your system onto DVD? Have

you considered using a USB flash drive or portable hard drive instead of
DVD's?

Hi,

When I put the dvd in the drive, it spits it out so will this software
recognize it is a dvd? I have a 33 gig drive and I need to back up my
stuff.

It may be that you have a CD burner but only a DVD read capacity. Some
older drives did not have a DVD burn capacity.

If you do believe that you have a DVD burner you will need DVD burning
software. There is no DVD Burner included with XP . I would suggest that
you go to the Jaws User Programs page where there are several free
programs
which will burn DVDS.

Hi,

I have windows xp home. My d drive I believe is a cd/dvd burner. When I
put a blank dvd in the drive, it spits it out. I don't have a dvd player
attached with my computer but I am just trying to back up my system onto
dvd's. Do I have to buy some kind of program so the dvd's don't spit out
or
something? I have tried the minus dvd's and the plus ones and they both
spit them out.
