To be honest, I can't 100% remember where/why I heard of it either, but think it was to do with exploring almost all the keystrokes trying to find some like how to do drag and drop etc.
LOL! OTOH, that's why I've always been into mailing lists, discussion groups etc. etc. since on the internet it's almost impossible to not find someone who's also looked into/found a solution for almost anything.
