Good afternoon  to everyone  on both lists here.  As some of you know from 
my posts too the two lists here,  I am interested in purchasing either an 
Acer netbook, or a  Asus one.  From those of you that have had the 
experience of ordering any of these from or through  amazon's customer 
service representative,  is there a specialized department within that one, 
that deals with customers with disabilities who will be able too answer 
specific questions that customers like myself would need to have answered 
concerning specs, such as how many gigs,  how much rom or   ram well you 
know what I mean.  If so,  Could someone on either of these lists,  please 
email there direct customer service representative phone number with area
