CSAW has been implemented. I do however recommend buy.com's site also. I

Maybe for experienced Amazon shoppers like you and me, Amazon is a piece of
cake to navigate.  But many other blind customers have complained about how
cluttered and confusing their web site can be.  I recommended Newegg.com
because they seem to be willing to accomodate blind customers and they offer
cheaper prices and a larger selection than Amazon.com, especially on
computer products.
