I don't see any reason why you shouldn't. Those specifications are very similar to mine. As a matter of fact exact. As far as the RAM and the 2 GHz of whatever it is along with the Centrino Processor. Mine is 350 GBROM or Hard drive. Just wait till you get the CD and you'll be fine. It is probably one click after it scans your computer. Just to be on the safe side you might also want to look at the custom installation. Look at both. Wish I could be of more help but my Bachelor's Degree is in Business Administration with concentration on Management. Until now I am going to start a Computer Training Program for about 1 1/2 years.
