Yes of course, you can always do a clean install all over. But before taking
chances I am just advising to go over your list of software and devices to
make sure you can avoid having to go back.  Again since one does not pay
extra for purchasing the 64 bit O S no harm done really, to try but the less
chances taken the less work you will have later trying to roll back by
reinstalling everything all over just cause an older scanner might refuse to
work. This is just overall advise because there will be regular users on
here who might not all be running the latest of new devices.

I mean so far I have noticed that their extra things in some programs that I
have used.  Alternately, the installation seems simple with Windows 7.  If
you don't like for some reason or another then you could just re-install the
Operating System to 32 Bit.
