What will uninstalling jaws do for that problem?
Let's say that he does what you tell him I really don't think that will
correct the problem.

I am using jaws 10; I have messed up something in that I can't open but
one
window at a time; for example, when in my documents if I open my music, my
documents closes. Also, jaws is not telling me all the information I need
to know about a file; I want to know if a file is a zip file but jaws says
nothing at all about the file. Any help will be appreciated.
