I am getting my complete refund. The only reason why I got into with them is because they wanted me to wait two weeks until the refund was processed into my brothers credit card before I could get the other. I told them, I gave that man cash. They didn't care. So I told them I was going to buy the sam Toshiba Mini-Notebook elsewhere. So I am getting it from Amazon. I just sent my daughter and my sister back to the store with it.

You should never buy a netbook or laptop from a fly-by-night outfit that didn't even exist two years ago. Always stick with an established brand with a proven track record even if it's more expensive. You're much more likely to get a quality product that works. It's too bad you have to pay a restocking fee to return the Asus to Best Buy.
