Thank God. My sister just called me from Best Buy and they are going to do the exchange. I am just going to pay the additional $50 for the Toshiba. Best Buy saved the day.

You should never buy a netbook or laptop from a fly-by-night outfit that didn't even exist two years ago. Always stick with an established brand with a proven track record even if it's more expensive. You're much more likely to get a quality product that works. It's too bad you have to pay a restocking fee to return the Asus to Best Buy.
