Generally, a CID attachment is actually meant to show up as a form of
embedded image or something like that, within a rich text format/HTML mail,
but not sure what's causing them to show up there in the attachments list.

If you send her a plain text email, but with a real attachment like a text
file or something, can she then open that attachment?
