The problem would be that to access it's data externally, via something like
a network cable etc. you'd need to allow this to happen by sharing paths
etc., so to be honest, simplest would be to take the hard drive out and
mount it in either another machine, or an external hard drive housing etc.,
or you could maybe have the video card replaced with something simple/cheap,
etc.
Pity, in this case that there's no built in narrator for windows 98.
