The NLS players are provided at no cost by your local Talking Book Library. They provide them to those with a disability that limits one's ability to read regular print. Not sure where you are at, but contact your local Talking Book Library to sign up to get one free.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Buying a NLS Player

Hi
I was wondering if it is possible to buy a NLS player? So far I have not been very happy with the victor reader software from book share and so I am hesitant to buy a victor reader stream. I would love to be able to down load books from the computer and internet and read them away from home.
    Any advice is appreciated.

God bless,
Mark
