Hi,

I don't think you can buy one.  They are "loaned" to people but I don't
think they offer an option to buy one.

The NLS players are provided at no cost by your local Talking Book Library.
They provide them to those with a disability that limits one's ability to
read regular print. Not sure where you are at, but contact your local
Talking Book Library to sign up to get one free.
