Hi Yvonne; It sounds like your computer checked the group messages by conversation choice for you. To undo this; 1. While in any folder in Outlook Express and with no open messages, press Alt +V to open the View menu 2. Press enter on Current View. 3. Arrow up to " group messages by conversation " and this box is probably checked. Press enter to uncheck this box and to take you out of the view menu.
