You must go into control panel and go to add remove programs then find media player and remove it. ----- Original Message ----- From: "heather kd5cbl" <kd5...@gmail.com>

Subject: [Blind-Computing] tired perhaps confused, trying to delete media player11

Hello, I am trying to get rid of media player 11 and it said I cant roll back because the files are already deleted. If this is so, how come the media player is still on my computer? It won't allow me to choose an earlier version like media player classic as my default player. So how do I rid my computer of media player 11? Also does the program "windows media format11 run time" have something to do with the windows media player11? If so, should I try to delete it before I try to delete media player11? I am not sure and I did not want to delete something if I am not sure! I never had windows media tell me I cant delete it before. Thank you for any help! Heather
