[Blind-Computing] selecting text using jaws10 or jaws11

Hello I have noticed that when I select text with jaws 10 or 11, the text I 
selected does not get selected.  It selects something else while I am 
highlighting the text I want to copy to the clipboard, it reads the text 
back to me but it does not paste it when I go to paste it.  I did not have 
this problem with earlier jaws versions, when I had to select something, it 
selected and pasted it correctly.  Is there something I need to change in 
the jaws settings so that if I highlight something, it actually selects the 
text that it is reading back to me instead of something else?  Heather
