Like I said, it was a quick fix--10 minutes & I was back to other
stuff, & it took that long only due to 3 unsuccessful attempts to
tandem in, after which I just said screw it, we're doin' it the
nonremote way. Dan was exemplary to work with--courteous & followed
instructions precisely. That's definitively not always the case, even
though it should be. He made the job easy, fun, & it was a pleasure
helpin him out. I know how I'd hate not to have my music, especially
this time of year, so it was cool bein' able to help him get his music
back in time for Christmas. I've worked w/1 other gentleman here on
list as well, & he was equally courteous & pleasureable to work with,
though the fix in his case took a little longer due to the complexity.
