just a thought..., but check to see if possibly sent to recycle bin. Also, try accessing my documents via the desktop if you haven't already tried and see if my Music shows up there. Alternatively, you can check start menu and task bar via control panel. Check to make sure show My Music in start menu appears that way as another option. HTH!
