the toggle key section has no checkmark in there
so until i restart the computer i won't know if sticky keys are still set or not
unless you know of a way to find out if they are

In XP go to Control Panel and Accessibility Options and look at the Toggle Keys option and make sure it is turned off. You might want to disable the hot key to toggle it on and off too as that probably is how it was set on.

it may be sticky keys are  set to come in to place
how can i disable this?
and how do i remove it from the system tray?
