HI Yvonne;

Do the following;

1. Open the control panel.
2. Accessibility Options should be the first option after opening the 
control panel.  Press the spacebar to highlight it & press enter to open.
3. When Accessibility Options opens the Keyboard Page should be right there 
& Use Sticky Keys should be the first option on this page / tab.  This box 
should be unchecked.  Then, tab and you should hear Jaws say " Toggle Keys, 
use toggle keys, checkbox unchecked."  If this box is checked, uncheck it, 
tab to apply, press enter, & tab to okay & press enter.  Now Alt +F4 to 
close the control panel.
