went there and this is what jaws recites back to me

use sticky keys     not checked

use filter keys     not checked

toggle keys     not checked

show extra keyboard  help in programs     checked
as i say this is only when i restart the computer
and at the time of typing sticky keys is not mentioned in the system tray

HI Yvonne;

Do the following;

1. Open the control panel.
2. Accessibility Options should be the first option after opening the
control panel.  Press the spacebar to highlight it & press enter to open.
3. When Accessibility Options opens the Keyboard Page should be right there
& Use Sticky Keys should be the first option on this page / tab.  This box
should be unchecked. Then, tab and you should hear Jaws say " Toggle Keys,
use toggle keys, checkbox unchecked."  If this box is checked, uncheck it,
tab to apply, press enter, & tab to okay & press enter.  Now Alt +F4 to
close the control panel.
