Operating system?

Depending on operating system versions, there are a couple of ways to create
folders on desktop, but generally would prefer to start windows explorer, and
then when in file/folder listing, hit backspace key to move up one level until
am on desktop, then on file menu, find new submenu, and under there hit enter
on folder, when it should let you edit folder name, hit enter and then make use
of it, but this might all be slightly differently handled across operating
system versions.

Stay well
