Hello
I know this works for win 7 but you may wish to try for xp as it is quick
While on the desktop make sure it doesn't say not selected
so use control space bar as a toggle until you don't hear not selected then hit application key and up arrow to new sub menu and right arrow to new folder
Good luck and let me know if this works for XP as well

Subject: [Blind-Computing] short cut items on the desktop

hello
I have several short cut items on the desktop.
I want to tidy these up.
one way is to remove what I really don't need but I would like to know if it
is possible to create a folder on the desktop.
then I can place some of them in the newly created folder.
thank you
Yvonne
