So this is not a screen reader issue.  Then Target must be deliberately 
blocking access to its web site to all consumers, blind and sighted alike, 
who use certain browsers.  This makes absolutely no sense.  The rocket 
scientists at Target who designed their web site are the same lame brains 
who are probably now wondering why their holiday sales are down. 
Unbelievable.
