Hi Gerald,
I was able to access the site using,
Windows XP, IE8, and Jaws latest build.
However, Jaws was very slow to respond to down arrow keystrokes.

Which OS are you using?  Apparently, you can access Target.com with IE 8 if
you are running Vista or Windows 7, but not with XP.  So says someone on
another list.
