If it were your ISP wouldn't it block access with any browser? Al

I also tried accessing it using IE 8 with all add-ons disabled, but again, no luck. I was finally able to access it successfully using Firefox 3.6, but I normally use Firefox only for solving captchas with Webvisum because I just don't like it as my default browser. So I have no idea why you are able to access Target.com with XP and IE 8, but I can't. There must be some quirk in my system configuration that is causing this strange problem. Could my ISP, Verizon, be the culprit?
