I use Karen's Replicator, that combined with a shutdown command in a batch file I created does exactly what you are asking. I normally run my backups at the end of the day before turning in. What I do is start them out and when Replicator is finish the batch file shuts the system down. The other manner you could accomplish this task is to make a good guess as to when the job in question will be finished and set the system to shut itself down at or slightly after that time.
