Hi Mike,
its a bit long way  for you apeard to fix
but this is the only way i found worked with the win vista and win7 Ie
8, & Ie 9,
most of them was directed to this post, wich happend,
to fix it with some registry editing so you nead,
to, reg backup, 1st if u like then apply the,
reg editing, so take a look at this page
