Hi, Hmm. Never heard of not being able to run both versions at same time. My old win 7 system had both since they came out. Once I got this new win 10 system it ran both also until that one fatal day.
The reason I have both is I have some old game files from 1.02 series. Overall with the bug fixes that 1.05b had if all you want is one version I would say get that one. As for fixing the game have not done that yet. So here is to fingers crossed when I do.
