In theory yes, in actuality no. Each time I’ve tried the change doesn’t work, or it is altered by the game to something else entirely.
I’ve tried changing the default keys from ~ with the shift key to ¬ with the shift key. It doesn’t work in the game and when I reopen the keyconfig.ini file the ¬ has changed to an Â. I tried setting the key to # but that was changed to the end key. I’m using notepad to both open and edit the keyconfig.ini file.
