It's possible swamp doesn't support the extended character you're trying to use. I'm not sure there's a solution for that, other than moving the beacon to something else on the keyboard.

You should be able to remap the keys to anything you want using the keyconfig file.

I've replicated it on both my desktop running Windows10 and Jaws2020 (although I haven't attempted to change the keyboard from UK to US here) and on a laptop running Windows7 with Jaws2019 (where I did change the keyboard input to US).



Other than switching to the US keyboard is there a solution?
