Hello Cara,
Yes, I got some sighted help to help me get to that event where you find
the truck. Then you drive it and park it somewhere.
Now that accolades are unlocked for me via the accolades menu, and Annah
isn't unlocked yet, how can I make progress going forward? You have to
select a route for Annah to guide you there, and selecting routes on the
map is a pain. Even with the dPad it's not just a simple move left or right
etc, it's move around until you hear clicks and hope that you find
something. Because on the map you might be on an empty space and you can
just press A and it will set a pin there even though no notable events are
actually there.
What I mean is, before Annah unlocks, you have to use the map. When she's
unlocked you can use the dPad down to just automatically plot a route to
the nearest accolade, among other things.
I have to look at your message on the accolades menu because the only one
that's unlocked, category wise for me, is Welcome to Mexico. This is what I
mean about story events in the first to second part of the game, the game
actually is linior there, at some points forcing you to select a specific
thing on the map before you can back out of it. A key example is when you
have to select which events you want to open first. Whether it be drag
racing, cross country, stunts etc. I imagine you got through all these
barriors with your friend so you might not remember what I'm talking
about/your experience was different because of sighted help.
