Hi Daniel, the import duty is out of my hands, sadly. This is a digression, but this issue is something that has made me despise the EU. Since Britain voted to leave Europe, the EU behave like bullies to British companies, demanding extra paperwork and making imports difficult. They do this whilst saying if we rejoin the EU all of this will get easier; but it has the opposite effect. Why would I want to join someone who is trying to financially squeeze me? It's super easy for me to export to America and I now ship about 80% of Audio Adventures to America. It's very simple and cheap for me to sell in America, compared to Europe. It costs me around $10usd to ship a single system to America, 3,500 miles away, and about $12-$15usd shipping the same package to France, which is 21 miles away.
