Just a quick lesson on accessible game sale economics.. If you sell a title for $50--rounding up for the same of the post--and, can do so to 100 customers, you'll make a gross profit of $5,000.
If you sell a title for $40--again, getting rid of those pesky decimal points--and, can sell to 150 customers, because more can afford it, then you'll make a gross profit of $6,000. In the short-term, you'll make a little more, but in the long-term you have a wider pre-established customer base to do follow-up marketing to which, in the case of subscription-based marketing, will be an advantage in the long-run.
