    You might want to check out the legal stuff surrounding the D20 license. 
Evidently, Wizards of the Coast has exclusive rights when it comes to 
"interactive games" I haven't read the license to see what is considered an 
interactive game, but I'd imagine an accessible game would count. Still, I 
think you're safe with using the Open Game License for a game, as opposed to 
the D20 license. Gosh, I'm not even a lawyer and that sounds confusing.... 
Any developer of accessible games is probably going to fly under Wizards' 
radar, but it's something to be aware of.
