Allan, Sign into Windows Messanger(MSN Messanger f you have something other than Win XP) with you rpassport and password and you can look under the file submenu to find out how to verify your passport. You need to do this before you can register VB Express. If it helps, I got my first Windows computer in the summer of 2000, and I had some trouble with this. I've also been blind for nearly ten years, and have had some experience with Unix and the Macintosh operating system, not to mention DOS in the '80s and early '90s.
