Hi Richard, I am embarrassed to realize that shock wave and flash aare not the same. So I went to the MacroMedia site and tried their installer with the same bad result. But they have an alternate version!
It downloads to your computer where you open it and can install it from there. It worked somewhat. I was able to start your two shockwave games but found I could hear the opening music and voice of the Sudoku game but could not play it since the arrow keys or enter key did not respond as the instructions said they would. I also tried unloading JFW Here is the link to the other version: http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=Shockwave&P2_Platform=Win32&P3_Browser_Version=NetscapePre4 It put the file, Shockwave_Installer_Slim.exe on my computer. When I tried the curb game I first got this error screen: Director Player Error This application requires an Xtra (Animated GIF...) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder(s). OK But when I hit enter on the OK button the curb game music and voice came up. It said hit any key, but when I did, I got no response.
