Although I don't know how to do this myself as I am doubtfully a programmer, 
the safest security measure against piracy is certainly to base the 
registration code on the user's motherboard ID.
This shall help solve your problems, that is if I understand that correctly 
that your major problem is to find out a reliable and well-working 
anti-piracy solution?
