I must gently, (I hope) object to the characterization that slipped 
(unintentionally, I'm sure) into the text above.  Being disabled does not 
equal being on a fixed income.  While many people with disabilities are on 
fixed incomes, some of us are not, do not receive any governmental aid and 
do this by choice.  Broad brushes are good for covering large areas 
quickly, but not so good at the detail that brings a discussion alive.
